肩膀弯曲是指肩膀的前倾或者后仰动作。


Shoulder bend is the measurement of backward or forward movement of the shoulders.

在GOLFTEC的挥杆真实研究中收集并分析了35000高尔夫球手的挥杆数据，结论表明肩膀弯曲直接影响了球手的球技水平。


In the SwingTru Study of GOLFTEC, Swings of 35,000 Golfers and their data were captured and analyzed, What was discovered was Shoulder bend has direct correlation to a golfers skill level.  


其中我们发现，在收杆时，职业球员和业余球手的肩膀弯曲数值有很大的不同，如图所示，差点越高的球手在收杆时身体越往前倾。


One of the biggest differences  that GOLFTEC found between tour players and amateurs is the amount of Shoulder bend we see in the finish position. As you can see from the graphs, the more the golfer bends forward in the finish position the higher the handicap.

专业的球员在挥杆顶点的时候身体后仰，开始下杆时身体前倾，随后击球时身体再次后仰然后收杆。这个动作对于确保好的触球是至关重要的，因为身体后仰有助于伸直双臂，保持左手臂的稳定性，并且获得更多距离。


The more skilled player bends backwards at the top of the backswing, returns back to forward bend on the transition and then bends backwards through impact into the finish position. This movement is very important in ensuring good contact with the ball as bending backwards gives you the ability to straighten your arms creating a consistent lead arm radius as well as the ability to gain distance.


比如，职业球员们在往上收杆时，可以发现他们的肩膀都是后仰的，同时臀部收紧并且往目标方向靠近。


With the example of the tour players moving up into their finish position, you are able to see that their shoulders are bending backwards with their hips tucked and pushed towards the target in their finish position.
