Dear members,
亲爱的会员们，
At Xili Golf and Country Club, we believe that health and safety of our members, guests and staff are of paramount importance and we wish all of you good health.
我们，西丽高尔夫乡村俱乐部始终把会员、嘉宾和员工的健康安全放在首位。
As per government instructions, our management has taken a series of precautionary steps in response to this pandemic on public health. This included temporary closure of all our facilities from February 1 to February 27, 2020. Upon reopening, the Club has further increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all areas and tightened health security checks at all entrances, including restricting members and guests from some high-risk areas. Increased preventative measures to ensure all our staff are healthy and safe have been put in place. We feel that the above measures are in the best interest of our members, guests and staff, which will enable everyone concerned to be certain that we have obtained the highest standard of health and safety throughout the Clubhouse and all its facilities.
根据政府的指引，俱乐部管理层采取了一系列预防措施，应对疫情不断发展对公共卫生的影响。其中包括：从2020年2月1日至2月27日暂时关闭俱乐部的所有设施；恢复营业后，对所有区域增加了清洁和消毒程序；加强了所有入口的卫生安全检查，并限制了某些来自疫情高风险地区的会员和嘉宾前来俱乐部。与此同时俱乐部加强内部自身的防疫措施，做好员工的卫生防范工作。上述举措有助于俱乐部最大程度地保障所有会员、嘉宾和员工在球会的健康安全。
We appreciate your understanding and co-operation with the measures that the Club has put into effect to reduce and minimize health risks to all. Our management is pleased to inform every member that the Club has decided to offer a credit of RMB 2,300.00 to every member’s membership account.
我们非常感谢您，对于俱乐部为减少和最大程度地降低所有人的健康风险而采取了一系列措施的理解和配合。在此我们很高兴地通知各位会员，俱乐部决定诚意赠送RMB 2,300.00（人民币贰仟叁佰元）的消费额度给每位会员，以表谢意。
This credit will appear in your membership account by the end of May, for you to use at the Club in the future. Please note that this amount may not be redeemed for cash.
俱乐部将在5月底前把上述消费额度汇入会员账户中，以作为日后您在俱乐部消费之用。请注意此项消费额度不可兑换现金。
