Job Shift: Any 岗位排班：一周40小时

Location: GOLFTEC Shenzhen

工作地点：中国深圳市南山区侨香路侨城坊T1栋13楼

Level: Experienced (5 years, min. 3-year golf teaching experience)

教练经验要求：经验丰富（至少5年经验，3年授课经验）

Education: College 学历要求：本科及以上

Language: Chinese/Cantouese Or English, we have high-trained translator for foreign coach:语言：中文，粤语，英语掌握1种即可，外教可配专业翻译团队

Role Description 职位描述：

Teaching professionals use GOLFTEC’s proprietary teaching technology including digital video, motion analysis and ball flight monitors. Position will include teaching individual lessons, assisting daily operation, club fitting lessons, and taking and active role in merchandising and sale of gold equipment. Majority of the golf instruction program is provided in-Centre via one-on-one lessons, but also includes outdoor lessons.

我们的教练需要通过企业统一培训学会熟练运用GOLFTEC专利挥杆测量技术以及教学系统进行针对挥杆动作的一系列专业教学，教学中将会使用的专业高尔夫仪器包含高清摄像头、无线挥杆测量技术，教学分析工具和Foresight击球监测仪。该岗位的工作内容包括一对一室内教学，协助中心每日运营，主动负责一些销售工作等。结合教学需求，将会1对1为学生执行球杆量身定制课程，负责学员定期下场课指导，并配合开展一系列教学相关的公开课活动。

Qualifications / Requirements 资质 / 要求：

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Custom club fitting experience preferred
Experience in working with golf instruction technology – launch monitors, motion measurement,etc. preferred
Golf related certification preferred
出色的人际社交和沟通能力
有球杆量身定制经验优先
有操作高尔夫教学仪器经验优先 – 操作过击球监测仪、运动测量仪等
高尔夫相关从业资格证，教练资格证，国际高尔夫协会资格认证优先
