ANNIKA Invitational 2016 and Clinic

4月27日到29日，安妮卡邀请赛在东莞观澜湖安妮卡球场成功举办。该项赛事旨在促进亚洲地区高尔夫运动的发展，一路走来，今年已经是第六个年头，赛事规模不断扩大，影响力日益提升。今年的72人国际强大阵容，年龄跨9到17岁，让东莞安妮卡球场荟萃了一大批高球明日之星。经过三轮54洞激烈角逐，11-14岁组的中华台北球手安禾佑斩获冠军，同时荣获2017年世界女子锦标赛以及2016年中国业余公开赛参赛资格。

Mission Hills welcomes the 6th ANNIKA Invitational, a junior golf tournament which aims to promote the development of girl's golf in Asia. It was successfully held between April 27th to 29th, 2016 on the Annika Course, Mission Hills Dongguan. The tournament continues to grow in both scale and influence, this year having 72 international players,aged from 9 to 17 entering. After the final third round, and 54 holes played, An Ho Yu from Taipei stood victorious. To reward her efforts this week, she wil lbe granted exemptions to both the 2017 World Ladies Championship, as well as the 2016 China Amateur Open.

安妮卡是世界高坛的传奇人物，声名显赫，职业生涯曾获得LPGA巡回赛冠军72个，其中10个是万众瞩目的大满贯赛事。随着比赛的进行，我们与女王的约会也如期而至。周四下午，在设施一流的东莞PGA学院练习场，安妮卡亲自给到场球手指点球技，并和她们分享自己的高球经验。

On Thursday afternoon, we were thrilled to have Annika Sorenstam give an interview and host a clinic at the fantastic facilities of Dongguan PGA Golf Academy. Annika, a well-known golf legend and winner of 72 LPGA tournaments and 10 majors, shared her vast experience and offered some individual help to the promising young golfers in attendance.

女王是怎么练球的？面对大型赛事以什么样的心态备战？活动一开始，前来“取经”的球手们就纷纷抛出了自己的疑问。而女王对此的回答则是有一套自己的例行准备动作，在练习场练球的时候要尽量模拟场下实战的情景，保持同样的打球程序。察觉到有些小球手因为发挥不好心情低落，安妮卡鼓励她们不要泄气，继续加油。对待成绩要理性分析，不可让情绪左右，做到得意时淡然，失意时坦然。

Annika first emphasized the importance of a pre-shot routine, which takes a crucial role in making your game consistent. She suggested the players simulate playing on course while practicing, by going to the driving range with the same routine. Noticing that some players were very negatively-affected by their high scoring rounds, Annika encouraged them to move on and gave them an advice - care about your score, but never take it too seriously… life still goes on!

接着，安妮卡和现场的观众朋友们分享了自己如何在2001年拿下59杆的传奇。

Annika recalled in detail her experience of shooting a record-breaking score of 59 in 2001, which made her a legend among female golfers.

最后，安妮卡与小球手们进行了精彩纷呈的技能挑战赛。

Young people present at the clinic interactively participated in the skill challenge as well,which proved great fun at the end of the clinic!
