本期利百特之星 - Alvin Su

    作为一个年轻的球员，高尔夫能激发我们的进取心，成为更加卓越的自己，同时也是青少年学业征途上的神助攻。
    能在高尔夫方面刻苦上进的青少年，再加上学业上的不懈拼搏，更能达到事半功倍的效果。

酷爱运动的Alvin

    除了高尔夫和学业之外，Alvin同学还非常酷爱体育运动，那些非常崇拜Alvin哥哥的小学弟、小学妹们，所以除了要多练高尔夫球，说不定周末还有可能在某个体育馆或者公园里偶遇正在扣篮的帅帅的Alvin哥哥哦！

勤奋的练习

     Alvin同学平日的高尔夫课后训练十分的勤奋，放学后、双休日你都能见到在球场上、在练习场上认真精益球技的身影。不愧是古语有言“磨剑数年，今日显锋芒，少年英雄烈火再炼双百日”。

教练寄语

I have been coaching Alvin for around 18 months now. His family are very supportive and only encourage him without pushing him too hard. In the beginning we worked on simple motor skills that he could relate to through other sports such as throwing and pivoting. He was quick to respond and  would diligently do the drills at home during the week so we could moving at a good pace.

从我成为Alvin的高尔夫教练到现在已经有18多个月了。他的家庭十分的支持他，而且总是鼓励他,而不是一味的给他施加压力。在刚开始学的阶段，我们开始训练一些简单的运动技能，诸如投掷、转动，而他总是可以和一些运动联系起来。Alvin的反应很快，而且总是能够回家勤于练习，正是如此我们能够以良好的速度进行训练。

Once he gained the feeling of the pivot, upper and lower body separation we built up the fundamentals of the grip, posture, alignment and stance. It is not easy combining studying hard plus learning golf but Alvin's attitude has been great along with his time management.

当他掌握了转动的节奏感，上下身体分离运动的感觉我们就开始学习握杆、姿势、对齐、和距离这些基础。打高尔夫光靠努力是远远不够的，Alvin除了努力以及他正确的态度之外还具备极强的时间管理意识。

For someone so young he is very mature and confident in his abilities whilst staying down to earth and social with all the other new students.

His rise has been a culmincation of hard work and planning - at 12 years old he is only getting started!

对于一个年轻人来说Alvin有着超乎他年龄的成熟以及自信，同时也和其他新同学们一起生活在这个社会当中。他之所以能够成功在于孜孜不倦的努力以及井然有条的规划，12岁的Alvin才刚刚开始！
