How to hit the ball with precise distance and high spin of irons.

在光滑的地面或沙地练习铁杆击球

Firstly, hit balls on smooth ground or sand.

在动图中当击球后草地打痕在球的后方时便为打厚了，这样会出现低弹道或短距离的球。

当杆面击到球后草地打痕在球的前方时，说明击的很扎实并有高倒旋。（这样球每次击出去的时候，球的距离稳定，球上果岭后会减少球的滚动。）

击球瞬间动作

想要打出干净又精准的球，每次击球瞬间手的位置都要保持在杆头前方。

击球瞬间前后15cm保持手腕不变

假如击球瞬间球的前后15厘米有手腕动作或手腕翻转的话，你的杆面倾角和杆面角度就会发生变化，所以球路也会造成左曲右曲，也会导致弹道乎高乎低，这样球距离也会不精准。因此想要击出稳定又扎实的球，身体和手、杆头都要保持方正一起转动。
