为深入贯彻落实《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》和省委、省政府《海南国际旅游岛发展规划纲要》，进一步整合资源，扩大影响，通过全省高尔夫产业与旅游的深度融合，以“国际旅游岛·魅力高尔夫”为主题，向世界推出国际旅游岛高尔夫假日嘉年华，把海南高尔夫旅游推向世界，促进海南高尔夫旅游产业规范、健康发展。2014年海南高尔夫旅游假日嘉年华，将积极加大国内外宣传力度，扩大海南高尔夫和旅游资源的对外影响，积极助力海南国际旅游岛建设。
In order to deepen the implementationof <The Several Suggestions of The State Council on Facilitating theDevelopment and Construction of Hainan International Tourism Island> and<The Planning Outline of Hainan International Tourism Island> by theGovernment and Committee of Hainan Province, and to further integrate resourcesand expand the influence, it is to present The Golf Holiday Carnival of TheInternational Tourism Island to the world, themed with ‘International TourismIsland • Attractive Golf’ and by the deep combination of the golf industry andtourism industry of the Province, aiming to introduce Hainan Golf Tourism toglobal tourists and to drive the standardized and healthy development of Hainangolf tourism industry. Hainan Golf Tourism Holiday Carnival 2014 will expandthe influence of Hainan golf and tourism resources internationally and beactively contributing to the construction of Hainan International Tourism Islandby enhancing advertising and marketing promotion.

Being the strategicoperational unit of Hainan Golf Open Tournament and the designated officialservice institute for The Holiday Carnival of Hainan International TourismIsland 2014, we will make the most of the advantage of Hainan golf courts. Wewill make efforts to dig deep and integrate the excellent tourism resources ofHainan tourism, including flight, hospitality, reception, beautiful scenery anddelicious food etc. By that, it is to form a complete “one-stop” service systemfor the Carnival. Further, we will do our best to build Hainan to be a golftourism destination and world renowned golf tourism city by combining theplatform of interactive promotion and media advertizing of the 25tour-promoting games of “Hainan Golf Open Tournament” 2014 held at home andabroad. We make our contributions to the construction of Hainan “InternationalTourism Island”.
