亲爱的会员们

Happy New Year! We would like to remind everyone that January is traditionally high season at the Club, therefore please make all golf bookings in advance in order to avoid disappointment.祝您新年快乐！我们在此温馨提醒大家，一月份向来是俱乐部的打球旺季，因此我们呼吁各位会员务必提前进行高球预定，以免向隅。

Due to the high demand for golf bookings at peak times during weekdays and weekend, Management would like to request members to cancel the teetime as soon as possible when they are certain not to show up. If a cancellation has to be made, Members should notify the Club at least 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to provide opportunities for other golfers to make advance reservations.由于平日和周末的高峰时段会员们预定的需求很高，如您在预定后确定无法来场，管理层希望会员们能够尽快取消您预定的开球时间。如果不得已需取消预订，会员应在抵达日期前至少24小时通知俱乐部。以便能够为其他会员提供高球预定的机会。

Please note that a single player has no priority on any of the courses during the peak golfing times in the high season. A single player who begins his or her round alone should always be prepared to pair up with other players during the round if the overall pace of play slows down. Starter Control reserves the right to team up one ball flight.
在每日打球的高峰时段，单人成组的会员在任何场地都没有优先权。一人组的球员，在开始一轮高球前，需要做好与其他球员并组的准备。为了避免场地堵塞，出发台可以行使要求球员并组的权利。

In order to provide the best possible golfing experience to all members, Management would like to announce the schedule for Members’ Corporate Golf Day schedule, each coming week. This will give all members enough time to plan their golf arrangement in advance.为了保障各位会员平日的打球体验，俱乐部将公告未来一周会员高球团队的比赛日期，以便会员们更好地提前规划打球安排。
