为深入贯彻落实《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》和省委省政府《海南国际旅游岛发展规划纲要》，进一步整合资源，扩大影响，通过全省高尔夫产业与旅游的深度融合，以国际旅游岛·魅力高尔夫为主题，向世界推出国际旅游岛高尔夫假日嘉年华，把海南高尔夫旅游推向世界，促进海南高尔夫旅游产业规范、健康发展。带动同期进行的“2014年海南公开赛”。2014年海南高尔夫旅游假日嘉年华，通过加大宣传力度，营销推广，扩大海南高尔夫和旅游资源的对外影响，积极助力海南国际旅游岛建设。
Inorder to deepen the implementation of The Several Suggestions of The StateCouncil on Facilitating the Development and Construction of HainanInternational Tourism Island and The Planning Outline of Hainan InternationalTourism Island by the Government and Committee of Hainan Province, and tofurther integrate resources and expand the influence, it is to present The GolfHoliday Carnival of The International Tourism Island to the world, themed withInternational Tourism Island • Attractive Golf and by the deep combination ofthe golf industry and tourism industry of the Province, aiming to introduceHainan Golf Tourism to global tourists and to drive the standardized andhealthy development of Hainan golf tourism industry. Also, it is to contributeto the “Hainan Open Tournament 2014” which would be held at the same time.Hainan Golf Tourism Holiday Carnival 2014 will expand the influence of Hainangolf and tourism resources internationally and be actively contributing to theconstruction of Hainan International Tourism Island by enhancing advertisingand marketing promotion.

2014年海南高尔夫旅游假日嘉年华时间为2014年4月至9月；自愿参与的球会在嘉年华期间，自选3—5天为优惠畅打特惠假日。组委会综合平衡后将各球会依日排序，向媒体公布。活动期间游客或旅行社按公布的球会特惠畅打日，自行联系预定（具体预定办法另行公布）。
Date of Hainan Golf Tourism Holiday Carnival 2014: April, 2014—September,2014; clubs of voluntary participation may choose a 3—5 days as the specialpreferential play day. Clubs will be placed in order upon the date after thecomprehensive considering by the Organizing Committee, and the list will bereleased to media. During the activity, tourists and travel agencies mayindividually make contact and booking according to the special preferentialplay day of clubs released (Details of methods for booking will be releasedseparately.).
